Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter – Independent Contractor
Company: Crezivanta (Web Design + Browser Extension Agency)

About the Role:

Crezivanta is a web design and browser extension agency growing our remote contractor roster. We’re onboarding independent appointment setters who can operate autonomously — finding their own leads, warming them up, and booking appointments.

This is a 100% commission‑based role. Contractors manage their own leads and outreach independently. No hourly pay, quotas, or required schedules.

What You’ll Do:

• Find your own leads (Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• Warm up prospects
• Book appointments manually or send them to our booking page
• Create meeting links and update the Leads_Master sheet
• Handle follow‑ups and reschedules
• Send agreements and Stripe links only when a client is ready to buy
• Optional: receive weekly lead batches

Compensation:
• 10% commission per closed deal where you were the setter
• 10% recurring commission for returning clients you originally set
• Monthly performance bonuses:

– 2 closed deals from your clients → extra $50
– 5 closed deals → extra $200 (replaces the $50)
– First setter to reach 5 in the month → extra $100
– 8 closed deals → extra $500 (replaces lower bonuses)

• All bonuses apply only to fully paid deals
• Payments via Wise, bank transfer, or PayPal

Requirements:

• 18+
• Can speak English
• Comfortable with commission‑only
• Able to work independently
