• these lists are not warmed, not pre‑qualified, and not pre‑screened

• the lists consist of businesses on Google Maps that do not have websites

• they may also use their own leads

• warm up prospects and qualify interest

• book calls by creating a meeting link and adding the appointment to our sheet

• keep basic notes so the closer has context

7‑Day Trial Window:

• receive a 50‑lead starter list of businesses from Google Maps that do not have websites

• these are cold, unwarmed, raw leads

• they may also use their own leads

• most contractors call all 50 leads to test the workflow

• goal is to book at least one qualified appointment

• any deals that close from their calls — even during the trial — earn full commission

Compensation:

Commission‑only, uncapped
