Park Hyatt Sydney has partnered with iconic Australian chocolate biscuit brand Tim Tam to launch a limited-edition Afternoon Tea, available on weekends from 10 May to 28 June 2026.

Set against the sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, the collaboration reimagines the hotel’s signature Afternoon Tea with a playful and indulgent twist. The bespoke menu features a thoughtful selection of handcrafted pastries, classic savoury favourites including Australian staples such as beef pie and sausage rolls and freshly baked scones, alongside a series of Tim Tam-inspired delights.
